摘要
研究的新型高炉无料钟布料器,采用两个伺服电机分别驱动布料溜槽的α角摆动和β角旋转。在布料溜槽的摆动传动机构上,使用了同步传动机构使齿条拖动臂架上下升降的技术,并建立了螺旋布料的数学模型。通过该布料器的使用,可以实现螺旋布料等多种复杂运动方式的数字控制,提高布料质量。
