替普瑞酮防治鼻咽癌急性放射性口腔黏膜炎的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察替普瑞酮防治鼻咽癌急性放射性口腔黏膜炎的疗效。方法 68例鼻咽癌行根治性放射治疗的患者随机分成两组:治疗组(36例),对照组(32例),分别予替普瑞酮含漱液和生理盐水含漱,观察其疗效及不良反应。结果所有病例均出现程度不等的放射性口腔黏膜损伤,治疗组黏膜损伤发生时的放射剂量高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组损伤程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。所有病例均未观察到明显相关不良反应。结论替普瑞酮对防治鼻咽癌急性放射性口腔黏膜炎安全有效。 Objective To investigate the effect of teprenone in the prevention of acute radiotherapy-induced oral mucositis. Methods A total of 64 patients of nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with radical radiotherapies were divided randomly into two groups, the treatment group (36 cases) and the control group (32cases). Patients in the treat- ment group were treated with teprenone solution, while those in the control group were treated with physiological sa- line. The therapeutic effect and side effects were evaluated. Results Oral mucous traumas in various degrees were observed in all the patients. The radiation doses causing oral mucous traumas in the treatment group were higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05), and the degree of injury in the treatment group was lighter than that in the control group (P〈0.05). No side effects were observed in both groups. Conclusion Teprenone solution is effective and safe in the prevention of radiotherapy-induced oral mucositis.
