24h动态脑电图监测对癫痫患儿预后的评估价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析24h动态脑电图对癫痫患儿预后的评估价值。方法选择在我院就诊的180例癫痫患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各90例,观察组采用24h动态脑电图进行监测,对照组采用常规脑电图监测,比较两组患者的癫样放电检出率和预后评估差异。结果观察组患者的癫样放电检出率(84.4%)明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的真阳性人数及真阴性人数多于对照组患者,假阳性及假阴性人数少于对照组患者,检测敏感性(84.1%)、特异性(80%)及准确率(81.1%)高于对照组患者,错误率(10%)低于对照组患者,各项差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 24h动态脑电图可以显著提高癫痫患者的癫样放电检出率,增加预后评估敏感性及准确度,值得在临床推广使用。
