摘要
培养大批合格的全科医生是深化医疗卫生体制改革、实现人人享有基本医疗的重要保证。全科医生的培养在我国处于探索阶段,综合性教学医院在全科医生的培养中扮演着重要的角色。近年来,四川大学华西医院在全科医生培养方面做了一些积极尝试与探索,现就其培养现状、成效及存在的问题逐一进行阐述剖析,以期与同行共同探索大型教学医院开展全科医师培养的有效途径。
Training a large number of qualified general practitioners is a key point of furthering the reform of medical and health system. The cultivation of general practitioners in our country is at an exploration stage, and the comprehensive teaching hospitals play an important role in general practitioners training. This paper mainly introduces the present situation of general practitioners in West China Hospital of Sichuan University to explore an effective way of general practitioners training in comprehensive teaching hospitals.
