摘要
将非物质文化旅游资源移动到旅游中心城市形成旅游节庆已成为典型的旅游开发现象。以郑州少林武术节和呼和浩特昭君文化节为例,将旅游节庆移动开发的机理归纳为:以拉动城市与区域旅游协同发展为驱动力,将知名的非物质文化资源移至旅游中心城市,通过政府主导的经营方式,推动开发地和原生地实现共赢。建议旅游中心城市打造拳头产品,避免节庆泛滥,应集聚区域内相关联资源,形成节庆后效应,实施政府引导和全民参与的运营方式,推进开发地与原生地深化合作,强化节庆的旅游效应。
Removing non-material cultural tourism resource to tourist central city to be tourist festival has become a typical tourism developing phenomenon. Taking Zhengzhou Shaolin Festival and Huhhot Zhaojun Festival as examples, the paper draws the conclusions as following: famous non-material culture often becomes objectives; tourist central city often becomes preferable destination; promoting the development of city and local region often become driving factors; government-orientation become central management model; mutual benefit is the attribution of destination and original place; the final result is survival of the fittest. The article suggests creating a fist product in tourist central city, removing relative cultural resources in the region, advocating government and more citizens to participate, promoting deep cooperation between the destinations and original places, strengthening the tourism effect of festival so as to optimize the removing tourist festivals and get continuous remarkable effect.
