摘要
本文在前文(1)的基础上进一步讨论了矢势A的物理意义。指出矢势A是电磁场的场动量势。它和标势φ一起作为电磁场的基本场量导出电动力学方程比以E、B为基本场量的电动力学方程更为基本。这也完全符合近代物理中力的概念正在消失,能量和动量的概念才是近代物理学中最重要的概念这一情况。文中还着重说明,利用规范变换决不能消除A-B效应。同时指出,矢势和标势在理论上存在着规范变换的不确定性与场动量势和测量矢势时的唯一性是统一的。
On the basis of the previous paper, this artical discusses the physical meaning of vector potential A. We point out that the vector potential A is fieldmomentum potential of electromagnetic field, and eleetrodynamies' equations with A and φ as their original quanties aremore basic than those with E and B. This aeeords with the situation in modern physics that the coneept of the force is disapearing and the concepts of energy and momentum are the most important ones in the subjeet. In the article we also emphasize that the gauge transformation ean't remove A-B effect, and the theoretieal indeterminacy of the vector potential is consistent with the determinacy of the field momentum potential and measurement of vector potential.
