东海县发热伴血小板减少综合征病毒鼠携带情况调查 被引量:15

摘要 目的了解东海县鼠类携带发热伴血小板减少综合征病毒(SFTSV)情况,为防治工作提供依据。方法采用鼠笼法在野外及居民区捕鼠,计算鼠密度及鼠种分类,并取其心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑等脏器;采用荧光定量RT-PCR检测鼠体内SFTSV核酸。结果主要鼠种有黑线姬鼠、大仓鼠、小仓鼠、麝鼳、褐家鼠、小家鼠等6种。野鼠密度为13.47%,主要鼠种为黑线姬鼠;家鼠密度为6.98%,主要鼠种为小家鼠、褐家鼠。野鼠SFTSV带毒率为6.90%,家鼠为7.87%;野鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑均带有病毒,且两种或两种以上脏器带毒;家鼠多为单一脏器感染。病毒核酸的基因测序与Gen Bank公布的SFTSV的NP基因序列同源性在95%以上。结论东海县6种鼠类除小仓鼠外,其余5种均携带SFTS病毒,是该地SFTSV的宿主动物,但作为发热伴血小板减少综合征传染源的作用有待进一步研究。 Objective To investigate host animal and source of infection of severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome vi rus (SFTSV), and provide a scientific basis for the prevention of the infectious disease. Method Mice were caught using squirrelcage method in the onset district field and residential areas, rodent species classification and calculate rodent densities were calculated. Meanwhile, the heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, brain organs of the mouse were collected. SFTSV nucleic acid was detected using fluorescent quantitative RTPCR in mouse. Result There are about six kinds of mice in Donghai county including apodemus agrarius, large hamsters, hamster, musk Xi, Rattus norvegicus and Mus musculus. Wild rodent density was 13.47%, the main rodent species apodemus agrarius. Home rodent density is relatively lower by 6. 98%, mainly of them were mus musculus and rattus norvegicus. A variety of mice have varying degrees of SFTSV carrier. The voles had a total infection rate of 6.90%, while norvegicus with a total infection rate of 7.87%. The heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, brain of voles have different levels of SFTSV carrying rate. Organs with two or over two carried SFTS virus. While for indoor mice, there was a single organ infected with SFTS virus. Gene sequencing showed the NP gene sequence of the SFTSV detec ted has a homology of 95% with that of the MEDLINE announced. Conclusion In Donghai County, in addition to the small hamster, the other five kinds of rats carry SFTS virus, and they were host animal of the SFTSV, however , as a infectious source of SFTS, it still need further investigation.
