摘要
详细介绍了华能营口电厂1号、2号俄供320 MW火电机组汽轮机通流部分改造前在经济性、安全性方面存在的问题,简述了汽轮机通流部分改造的具体内容,通过对比改造前、后机组主要技术参数及数据,可见改造后汽轮机工作效率大大提高,达到了节能、减排、降耗和提高机组效率的目的,为同类型机组的改造提供了借鉴。
The article introduces in detail the economic and safty problems before flow passage renovating of steam turbine for Russian-made 320 MW thermal power generating unit 1 and unit 2,Huaneng Yingkou Power Plant,and expounds the specific contents about retrofit of flow passage.By comparing the main technical parameters and data pre-and post-renovating of flow passage,it shows a good improvement of steam turbine efficiency,and it achieves the aims of energy conservation,emission reduction,consumption reduction and commerical efficiency increase.This valuable experience could be refered to the other same type units.
