调兵山2×300 MW CFB锅炉烟气除尘复合式电袋除尘器在生产应用中,结合CFB锅炉预置床料固有特点,完全摒弃了耗工耗时涂灰效果差的传统预涂灰方法,采用简便实用的流化床料预涂灰新技术,节省了大量预涂灰费用,大大缩短了锅炉启动时间,解决了锅炉启机受制于电袋预涂灰的问题。

The composite electric bag in Diaobingshan 2×300 MW CFB boiler flue gas dust precipitator,combined with the inherent characteristics of the CFB boiler preset bed material,completely abandons the traditional pre-coated method,which costs time and resource,and with poor effect.A simple and practical fluidized bed material pre-coated plastering new technology is used,saving a lot cost and greatly shortening the boiler start-up time,thus eradicating the chronic problem brought about by electric bag during the start up.So it carries practical value.
