On the Education Concept of Municipal College and University Teachers

市属高校教师通过树立学生观、改革观、学习观、教学观、科研观、服务观、健康观和师德观八个方面的教育观,以确立正确的高等教育价值观,提高市属高校教师队伍素质,推动市属高校健康快速地发展。

This paper believes that teachers of municipal colleges and universities should establish correct higher education concept, which is related to their view of students, view of reform, view of learning, view of scientific research, view of service, health outlook, and their teaching ethics. Only in this way can we promote a sound development of municipal colleges.
