摘要
以内江师范学院二级学院教学秘书为例,从教学秘书人员配备、性别、年龄结构、学历、工作时间五个方面分析现任教学秘书队伍现状,指出存在诸如人员配备不足、工作积极性不高、队伍不稳定、存在职业倦怠等几个问题,并就如何加强教学秘书队伍建设提出具体建议:在配备足够教学秘书的前提下,完善其队伍结构;加大对教学秘书培训的力度,建立良好激励机制;教学秘书自身也要注重自我提高,适时进行自我调节。
This article has analyzed the current situation of teaching secretary team from the five aspects of teaching secretary personnel, gender, age structure, academic, and working time in Neijiang Normal University as an example. The article has pointed out the problems such as inadequate staffing, lack of working enthusiasm, the unsteady faculty, and occupation burnout. The article has put forward some suggestions about how to strengthen the teaching secretary team construction.
