On the Design of Need-oriented Pre-job Training Contents

高职毕业生在专业深度上跟本科院校毕业生相比有一些差距,存在一定的就业劣势,加强职前培训缩小之间差距非常重要。为此,高职毕业生职前培训要在"多元化和特色化"需求导向思想的指导下,创新培训内容,构建培训体系,才能达到培训的目的。

Higher vocational college students have some disadvantages when hunting for a job, therefore there is a need for a pre -job training, which should upgrade its contents and establish the training system for attaining the training goal.
