高等职业技术教育的产学合作管理机制研究

Research into the Management Mechanism of Cooperative Education of Higher Vocational and Technical Education

产学合作教育是以知识生产及传播为导向,结合校内和职场的理论与实务的学习;产学合作已成为目前高等职业技术教育的新趋势,只有建立良好的管理机制才能发挥产学双方的合作效用和提升学生的学习效果。目前大多数的研究比较注重产学合作教育实施成效的结果分析;文章从产学合作教育管理机制运作内涵入手研究,重点从职场学习的管理方式、组织编制、课程规划、职场安置与辅导、课程设计、职场训练实施及职场学习评估等议题加以探讨。

Cooperative education is guided by knowledge producing and spreading, as well as learning of theory and practice in school and occupation. Only by establishing good management mechanism, schools can arouse the operative and study effect between industry and university. At present, most of the research is laying stress on the result analysis of cooperative education. The article studies from connotation of the mechanism of cooperative education, focuses on the management way, organization establishment, curriculum planning, occupation setting and guidance, curriculum designing, occupation training and practicing, occupation learning and estimation of the occupation studying.
