在连续几年高校毕业生就业难、待就业率居高不下的困境下,虽然国家和各地高校相继推行了一系列政策和措施鼓励大学生服务基层,但在推进过程中面临着诸多问题和困难。客观分析当前就业形势下大学生基层就业的心理障碍因素,不但能有效缓解城市就业压力,平衡就业结构,还能进一步促进城乡经济协调发展。

Under the situation that college graduates have a difficult employment in the consecutive years , our country and colleges have pushed a series of policies and measures to encourage college students to serve the grassroots level. But during guiding and encouraging college students to serve the grassroots level, there are many problems and difficulties. To objectively analyze college students＇mental handicap elements in the current employment situation, can not only effectively reduce the pressure of the city employment and balance employment structure, but can also promote the coordinated development of urban and rural economy.
