中国女子网球“阶梯式”发展模式的推演

The "Ladder" Development Mode Deduction of Chinese Women's Tennis

过去十年是中国女子网球快速发展时期,涌现出了一大批优秀女子网球选手。采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对过去十年中国女子网球发展历程进行简要总结与概括,结合最近六年间关于女子网球发展的相关研究成果,针对我国网球事业未来的发展,提出技战术、心态、后备力量培养和政策等方面宏观上的建议。

In the past ten years, Chinese women＇ s tennis has developed rapidly and has seen the emergence of a large number of excellent female tennis players. This study has made researches into and summed up the development over the past decade. With reference to the related research findings in recent six years, and the promise of tennis development of our country, it makes some proposals on strategies, state of mind of players and the training of reserve forces.
