摘要
从政府社会管理的视角探讨教师职业压力管理问题是个空缺领域。文章通过对转型时期社会管理相对滞后及缺位现状的分析,提出政府行使社会公共管理职能,减缓教师职业压力的管理策略:提高社会地位和待遇,缓解生存压力;完善人事制度改革,舒缓心理压力;建立合理期望值,减轻责任压力;卸减工作重负,释放身体压力;建立科学评价机制,激发教师自我发展内在动力。
No researches have ever been done on the reduction of the teachers' professional pressure through the social management conducted by the government. After analyzing the hysteresis and vacancy of the social man- agement in the transformative society, the paper suggests that the social public management should be enforced by the government and the management strategies should be set up to reduce the teachers' professional pressure, including 1 ) to improve the teachers' social status and welfare to reduce their surviving pressure; 2) to promote the reform of personnel system to relieve their psychological pressure ; 3 ) to establish the reasonable expectation to reduce their responsibility pressure; 4) to reduce the teachers' work load to relieve their physical pressure; and 5) to set up a reasonable and scientific assessment system to relieve their pressure of personal development.
