In an Internet era when surfing online becomes part of the youngsters＇ life, it is a good idea to use blogs as an auxiliary teaching platform to fulfill the teaching of the core socialist values. The auxiliary teaching technology may extend the ideological and political teaching into extracurricular activities, create interaction between teachers and students who may discuss ideas there, provide the students with new horizons, enlarge the students＇ vi- sion and knowledge, and promote their ability to recognize and analyze problems and make decisions, so as to improve the efficacy of ideological and political education, and greatly strengthen their ideological and political awareness.
