Since the 1980s,American federal government has issued a series of relevant policies to promote university technology transfer capacity.The core value orientations of academic capitalism,promoting national innovation capacity,maximizing common benefit and cost-effectiveness reflected in these policies have provided significant value ideas guiding for university technology transfer practice in the U.S.,and have promoted American university-industry collaborative innovation capacity.These value ideas have the strategic and guiding meaning for university collaborative innovation capacity building and technology transfer practice in China.
