摘要
教师教学评价对于强化教学管理,激励教师增加教学投入,根据反馈信息改进教学,提高教学效果,促进教师发展,具有多方面功效。文章应用多元统计分析中的主成分分析和因子分析方法对教师教学质量在网上评教,专家评判基础上进行了分析,计算出一个以每个主成分的方差贡献率作为权重的综合评价函数,并根据综合评价函数对进行研究的10位教师的教学质量进行了评价,对高校评价教师教学情况提供了一个比较科学、合理的方法。
The teaching appraisal forteachers is very importantandusefulto enhance teaching management,encourage a teacher to increase teaching devotion,improve teaching according to the feedback information and raise teaching effect.This article applies the principal component analysis and the factor analysis method to analyse theteaching quality,based on the expert adjudicates.A comprehensive evaluation function which uses the variance contribution rate of the principal factors astheweighing ordinal number iscalculated.The quality of teaching of 10 teachers is reasonable appraisedby this function.It provides a accurate andreasonablemethod to appraise theteaching qualityofteachersforuniversity.
