摘要
学习《新英格兰医学杂志》(New England Journal of Medicine)的儿科经典病例,是首都医科大学儿科医学院七年制儿科专业方向学生在二级学科培养阶段运用并推行的自主学习方式。在2004级学生学习分享New Engl and Journal of Medicine经典病例、对参与管理的临床病例情况进行汇报、总结撰写病例报告等过程中,学生认识到引入经典病例学习的意义;感受到经典病例学习可推动自身拓展临床思维、横向整合多专业知识、培养自主学习能力。
Studying classic cases is one of the applicable methods for student's self-learning, especially at clinical rotation period. Seven-year program pediatric students (2004 grade) from pediat- ric medical collage, Capital Medical University of China shared classic cases from New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM), reported clinical cases they took part in and summarized their writing of case re- port. Through these measures, students felt the significance of studying classic cases and noticed that case study played an important role in training of clinical reasoning, multidiseiplinary approach, as well as self-learning ability for medical students.
