结合《新世纪医学卫生人才培养》报告的内容和我国护理教育现状提出，应积极倡导和实施第三代医学教育、建立以岗位胜任能力为导向的护理教育模式、在护理教育中逐步开展专业内或跨专业团队合作教育、从全球视野的角度审视护理教育，以期能为我国的护理教育工作者和管理者提供参考。
