摘要 在治理瓦斯的十六字体系的方针指导下,建立了包括通风可靠、抽采达标、监控有效、管理到位的4个单元、16项指标的多因素多级指标评价体系。运用层次分析法,分析在生产过程中影响瓦斯释放的各因素所占的权重系数,结果表明风流稳定是防治瓦斯的主要因素,执行有力、系统合理、多措并举、责任明确等因素要放在首要位置。在此基础上组织专家对评价指标打分及运用模糊层次综合评价法,来评价矿山治理瓦斯等级,得出结果为一般安全。从治理瓦斯的具体实施步骤再到整个矿井治理瓦斯的程度,从点到面系统地进行评价、验证。应用于矿山实际,具有一定的实用价值。 Based on the guidance of gas control policy, A multi - factor and mult - level index evaluation system with 4 units and 16 indeses was established including ventilation reliable, extraction standard, monitor effective and administration in place. The AHP method was applied to analyze the weight coefficient aeeunted by each factor in- fluencing gas release in production process, and the results showed that romantic stability is the main factor of the prevention and control of gas, the following factors such as powerful execution, system concerning the reasonable, simultaneously, responsibility clear should be placed in the foremost position. On this basis experts were organized to grade for evaluation index, and the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the mine gas management level, the result of common security was obtained. From specific steps of gas control to the whole mine management of gas, from point to surface, the system evaluation and validation were conducted. It has certain practical value.
