摘要
为研究适用于炮弹的火箭发动机装药,针对双基药剂和复合药剂,进行静止推力试验、高低温温度冲击试验、温度冲击后的高低温射击试验以及小射角高低温射击回收试验。采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件模拟火炮发射膛内最大压力时的火箭装药所受最大应力情况。通过对双基药剂发动机装药故障分析和试验结果分析,证明复合装药更适合高过载的炮弹发射环境。可为火箭增程炮弹发动机装药的选择提供参考。
In order to research rocket engine charge for projectile, aiming at doublebase propellant and compound propellant, we conducted static thrust test, highlow temperature impact test, highlow temperature conditioning firing test after temperature impact and small firingtest after temperature impact and small firingangle highlow temperature firing recov ery test. We simulated the maximum stress to gun chamber under maximum pressure by u sing ANSYS/LSDYNA finite element analysis software. BY analyzing fault during doub lebase propellant engine charge and the tests results, we concluded that compound charge is better to high overload projectile launch environment and provide the refrence for the selec tion of rocketassisted projectile engine charge.
