企业社会媒体营销生态系统 被引量:4

摘要 网络用户在Web3.0时代的角色相当重要,越来越多的企业也意识到社会媒体对于企业营销的重要性。在企业社会媒体平台分散的背景下,将社会媒体的多样化结合到企业的营销中时需要将其整合为企业的社会媒体营销生态系统。通过这种生态系统的建立,并结合企业自身实际,可以使社会媒体在企业营销中更有效地发挥作用。
