美国公民教育变革对公民文化变迁的作用研究——基于历史发展的视角 被引量:2

摘要 美国公民教育的变革客观上已形成与公民文化的协同响应机制,在特定背景下公民文化的维系和发展要求公民教育调整教育理念、目标和方式以适应经济社会的结构调整或迎合社会思潮;而公民教育的变革则推动公民文化的延续或变迁。美国公民教育史上存在三次改革,从20世纪前注重"价值灌输"、20世纪上半叶以课程为中心的探索,发展到20世纪中期以后以社会问题为中心的重视公民参与实践的教育模式,每次变革都驱动着公民文化的变迁。揭示美国公民教育对公民文化变迁的作用和规律,可以为我国的思想政治教育转型提供思考。
