摘要 在业务管理系统中,针对业务性能分析过程缺乏自动化的问题,提出一种采用Petri网的业务性能分析方法.该方法通过改进传统Petri网模型,提出业务性能分析Petri网模型;基于该模型设计业务性能计算公式进行自动业务性能计算;采用特定样本训练业务性能分析Petri网模型参数,提高模型参数的准确性.实例分析结果表明,该方法能够建立有效的业务性能分析模型,实现业务性能自动计算和业务性能瓶颈自动发现,且能够通过样本训练提高模型参数的准确性. An analysis method of service performance is proposed based on Petri net and is used as an automatic method for the service performance analysis process.A service performance analysis model is presented to improve traditional Petri net model,and formulas to automatically calculate service performance are given in the model.Special sample training is used to improve the accuracy of model parameters.Analysis on examples shows that the proposed method can effectively build service performance analysis models for automatic service performance calculating,automatically find service performance bottleneck,and improve the accuracy of model parameters through sample training.
