摘要
为了研究玉米品种新单29种子萌发期的抗旱性,采用发芽试验,研究了水分胁迫对新单29种子萌发和生长的影响。结果表明,除5%PEG胁迫外,其余水分胁迫处理下,新单29侧根条数均显著低于正常水分处理,根冠比则显著高于正常水分处理。各水分胁迫条件下,新单29的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、根长、株高、根系和地上部质量均显著低于正常水平,相对伤害率则显著高于正常水平。说明水分胁迫对新单29种子的萌发和生长具有显著影响。
This paper deals with the effects of water stress on the seed germination and growth of maize variety Xindan 29 in a germinating experiment. The results showed that the number of lateral root was significantly lower in water stresses than in normal water condition except for the treatment of 5% PEG, but the ratio of root to shoot was significantly higher than the latter. The germinating rate, germinating energy, germinating index, vigour index, root length, plant height, fresh weight of root and aboveground were significantly lower in different water stresses than in normal water condition, while the relative injury rate was significantly higher. It was concluded that water stress had significant effect on the germination and growth of Xindan 29.
