摘要
通过盆栽试验,研究复合菌剂对二氯喹啉酸胁迫下土壤中细菌、真菌及放线菌数量和脲酶、蔗糖酶及磷酸酶活性的影响。结果表明,施入复合菌剂后土壤中真菌、放线菌的数量及脲酶、蔗糖酶、磷酸酶活性均高于受害土壤而低于健康土壤,而细菌数量明显高于健康土壤。表明复合菌剂能促进二氯喹啉酸的降解,对受二氯喹啉酸污染的土壤具有修复作用。
A pot experiment was conducted to study the influence of combination bacteria on the soil microbial quantity (bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes) and the enzyme activity (urease, invertase, neutral phosphatase) under quinclorac stress. The result showed that after addition of the combi-nation bacteria,the quantity of fungi and actinomycetes, and the three enzyme activities were all below the healthy soil and above the contaminated soil, however, the quantity of bacteria was ob-viously higher than that in the healthy soil, which showed that the combination bacteria could promote the degradation of quinclorac and had a positive remediaton on quinclorac-contaminated soils.
