胸腺五肽溶液作为冻干疫苗稀释剂对疫苗免疫效果的影响

摘要 研究胸腺五肽(TP5)溶液作为冻干疫苗稀释剂对疫苗免疫效果的影响。用不同浓度的TP5溶液稀释鸡新城疫Ⅳ系弱毒冻干苗,对ICR小鼠进行滴鼻免疫2次,间隔2周,并设立生理盐水对照组,分别于二免后1、2、3周眼眶采血并分离血清,采用间接ELISA方法测定总IgG水平。结果表明,与对照组相比,0.25-0.5 mg/mLTP5溶液可显著提高二免后1周和2周小鼠血清中的抗体水平(P<0.05)。提示TP5溶液可作为弱毒冻干疫苗的稀释液以增强疫苗的免疫效果。 Effect of Thymopentin (TP5) solution as a diluent of freeze-dried attenuated vaccine on the immune response of animals was investigated. Different dosage of TP5 solution was used to dilute the Newcastle disease vaccine, and then inoculated intranasally to ICR mice twice at two weeks interval, a saline control was designed as well. Specific serum IgG antibody was detected by ELISA on 1, 2 and 3 weeks after the second immunization. The results showed that 0,25-0.5 mg/mL of TP5 could significantly increase the serum antibody level of mice on 1 and 2 weeks after the second immunization, which suggested that TP5 solution was a promising vaccine diluent for attenuated freeze-dried vaccine to enhance the immune response in animals.
