摘要
餐饮产品定价是广大消费者和商家普遍关注的问题,其价格的高低不仅关系到顾客的消费、餐饮企业的产品销售,而且会对企业内外部之间的竞争产生重大影响。因此,餐饮企业在制定和调整产品价格时,必须经过慎重考虑,应结合餐饮市场价格、原料成本、人力成本、行业竞争、营销策略等情况,科学合理地制定餐饮产品价格。
Hotel food and beverage products pricing has always been closely watched by consumers and businessmen.Prices of catering food not only is related to customer's consumption and catering enterprises' business,but also have significant effects on internal and external enterprise competitions.Therefore,when setting and adjusting products prices,the enterprises must consider carefully and combine with catering market prices,raw material costs,human cost,industry competition and strategy of marketing to ensure the produtcs are scientifically and reasonably priced.
