This article makes a case study of China Mobile＇ s investment in Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, and in troduces the background and motivation of stock investment. From the perspective of contract governance, it analyzes the relationship between stock investment and corporate governance, and makes a comment on the relationship between con tract governance and industry＇ s competitiveness to provide theoretical support and practical basis for the regulation of stock investment.
