保胎灵胶囊联合盐酸利托君治疗108例先兆早产的疗效分析

Efficacy observation on treating 108 cases of threatened premature labor with the Baotai Ling capsule plus hydrochloride ritodrine

目的:总结并分析保胎灵胶囊联合盐酸利托君治疗先兆早产的疗效。方法:将2010年6月～2011年12月期间我院产科收治的108例诊断为先兆早产的孕妇随机分为A、B两组,各54例。A组为观察组:采取保胎灵胶囊联合盐酸利托君治疗;B组为对照组:单纯采取盐酸利托君治疗;两组患者分娩后比较其成功保胎率、孕期延长时间以及不良反应情况。结果:观察组成功保胎率87.04%明显高于对照组66.67%,且两者差异显著(P<0.05);观察组孕期延长时间(16.1±2.5)d明显长于对照组(11.6±1.2)d;同时观察组不良反应例数少于对照组。结论:保胎灵胶囊联合盐酸利托君治疗先兆早产,可以提高保胎率,延长孕期时间、有利于新生婴儿的预后,是一种提高产科质量的安全有效的治疗方法,临床上值得推广使用。

Objective：To summarize and analyze the efficacy of treating threatened premature labor with the Baotai Ling capsule plus hydrochloride ritodrine.Methods：108 cases diagnosed as threatened premature labor,pregnant women from June 2010 to December 2011,admitted to my hospital were randomly divided into two groups（A,B）,54 cases in each group.Group A for the observation group：treated with the Baotai Ling capsule joint hydrochloride ritodrine;the group B as the control group：simply take ritodrine hydrochloride therapy for treatment;two groups of patients after delivery success miscarriage rate,during pregnancy extended hours,and adverse reactions situation.Results：87.04% success miscarriage rate in the observation group was significantly higher than 66.67% in the control group,and the difference was significant（P0.05）;extension of pregnancy of the observation group（16.1±2.5） days,significantly longer than the control group（11.6±1.2） days;in observation group the number of cases of adverse reactions less than that of the control group.Conclusion：The Baotai Ling capsules plus ritodrine hydrochloride on treating threatened premature labor can increase the miscarriage rate and prolong the pregnancy time,the prognosis of newborn babies is safe and effective,improve the quality of obstetric and worth promoting in clinical.
