自拟理气活血方治疗75例带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating 75 cases of PHN by Liqi Huoxue recipe

目的:探讨自拟理气活血方治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将150例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组各75例,对照组给予营养神经、镇静等西药治疗,观察组给予中药汤剂自拟理气活血方治疗,治疗2个疗程后随访3个月对比分析两组疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率94.67%显著高于对照组的74.67%,差异有显著性统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组不良反应发生率为9.33%低于对照组的22.67%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟理气活血方治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效确切,运用中医整体观念改善机体机能状态,有效缓解疼痛、感觉异常等症状和体征,不良反应发生率低,值得临床继续探讨和推广使用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Liqi Huoxue recipe on treating PHN.Methods：150 patients with PHN were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,75 patients in each group,control group was given nutritional nerves,calm modern medicine,the observation group was treated in TCM,after two courses of treatment,followed up for 3 months,observed the effect and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups.Results：The total efficiency of 94.67% in the observation group was significantly higher than 74.67% in the control group,the difference between the two group was statistically significant（P0.01）,the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 9.33%,was lower than 22.67% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of Liqi Huoxue recipe was exact on treating PHN,to use the TCM holistic concept to improve the functional state of the body,relief the symptom of pain and feeling abnormal and had a low incidence of adverse reactions,worthy of clinical exploration and promotion.
