归芍地黄丸治疗帕金森病30例临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 30 cases of PD with the Guishao Dihuang pills

目的:观察归芍地黄丸治疗帕金森病的临床疗效。方法:针对30例帕金森病患者在口服多巴丝肼,并增服归芍地黄丸;30d为1个疗程,治疗1～2个疗程,对患者病情进行评估。结果:30例患者,显效10例,有效15例,无效5例,总有效率83.3%。结论:患者在口服多巴丝肼用量不变的情况下,增服归芍地黄丸对于帕金森病的治疗具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of the Guishao Dihuang pills in treating PD.Methods：30 cases of PD were given madopar treatment,and given the Guishao Dihuang pills;30 days for a course of treatment,1 to 2 courses of treatment,to assess the patient＇s condition.Results：In 30 patients,markedly effective in 10 cases,effective in 15 cases,ineffective in 5 cases,the total efficiency was 83.3%.Conclusion：In the case of oral madopar dosage constant,given the Guishao Dihuang pills to patients has better clinical efficacy for the treatment of PD.
