中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎44例

Treating 44 cases of ulcerative colitis in the integrative medicine

目的:评估中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效情况。方法:对44例溃疡性结肠炎患者在西医治疗基础上加用自制中药灌肠治疗,并与对照组比较。结果:辅助中药组的ESS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);显效率和有效率与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:溃结灌肠汤对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗有明显疗效。

Objective：To evaluate the effects of the integrative medicine in treating ulcerative colitis.Methods：44 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis on the basis of modern medicine treatment plus TCM medicine enema therapy,compared with the control group.Results：ESS score of auxiliary TCM group was significantly higher（P0.05）;Markedly efficiency and effective rate compared with that of control group was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of the ulcerative colitis enema decoction was obvious in treating ulcerative colitis.
