消黄组方治疗婴儿肝炎综合征15例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 15 cases of infant hepatitis syndrome by the Xiaohuang combination recipe

目的:观察应用中药消黄组方对15例婴儿肝炎综合征患儿进行治疗的临床效果。方法:回顾我院2008年12月～2011年12月收治的30例婴儿肝炎综合征患儿的临床资料,随即分为治疗组和对照组,每组15例,其中对照组应用更昔洛韦、肌酐、肝泰乐对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用消黄组方施治,观察两组的临床疗效。结果:疗效显示,治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为93.5%、80.0%。结论:消黄组方治疗婴儿肝炎综合征疗效肯定,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of the TCM Xiaohuang combination recipe in treating 15 cases of infantile hepatitis syndrome.Methods：Retrospective our hospital from December 2008 to December 2011 admitted to the clinical data of 15 cases of infantile hepatitis syndrome,were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,15 cases in each group,which the control group was given ganciclovir,creatinine,glucurolactone symptomatic treatment,the treatment group based on differentiation,plus Xiaohuang combination recipe,the clinical efficacy was observed.Results：Efficacy showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group respectively was 93.5% and 80.0%.Conclusion：The effect of the Xiaohuang combination recipe was certain in treating infant hepatitis syndrome,worthy of promotion.
