我院近3个暑伏期门诊中药饮片应用分析

An analysis on the application of herbal pieces of TCM in outpatient in our hospital nearly three summer volt period

目的:通过对我院近3个暑伏期门诊中药饮片使用情况进行分析,为中药饮片的合理使用、科学监管提供依据。方法:分别在HIS系统中调取2010年7月23日～8月7日、2011年7月23日～8月7日、2012年7月22日～8月6日门诊中药饮片处方2061张,将处方数据利用EXCEL表进行统计分析。结果:我院中药饮片处方张数和用量,曲线上升;销售金额逐期增加;使用频率相对稳定。结论:我院中药饮片临床应用基本合理,在推进中医药发展的道路上,还须进一步加强用药合理性的监测,不断提升中药饮片合理应用水平。

Objective：To analyze the application of herbal pieces of TCM in outpatient in our hospital nearly three summer volt period.Methods：A total of 2061 prescriptions of Chinese herbal pieces were collected respectively from HIS system during the period of 2010.7.23～8.7,2011.7.23～8.7 and 2012.7.22～8.6.The data of prescriptions were analyzed by EXCEL.Results：The number of prescriptions and the usage of Chinese herbal pieces have been rising curvedly;the sales of Chinese herbal medicines have been increasing gradually,and the frequency of Chinese herbal medicines use was stable relatively.Conclusion：The Chinese herbal pieces usage in our hospital was rational.With the development of TCM,we need to further monitor the rational usage to improve the level of rational administration.
