鼻渊汤治疗慢性鼻窦炎150例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Nasosinusitis Relieving Decoction on Chronic Sinusitis

目的:探讨鼻渊汤治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:将150例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组用鼻渊汤治疗,对照组用鼻渊通窍颗粒治疗。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率为分别为94.2%和76.7%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:鼻渊汤治疗慢性鼻窦炎临床疗效显著。

Objective ： To investigate the therapeutic effect on chronic sinusitis cases treated by nasosinusitis relieving decoction. Methods ： 150 patients with chronic sinusitis were divided randomly into two groups. The treatment group was treated by nasosinusitis relieving decoction, while the control group were treated by nasosinusitis relieving particles.Results ： The effective rates of chronic sinusitis were 94.2% in the treatment group and 76.7 % in the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.01）.Condusion ： Nasosinusitis relieving decoction has evident therapeutic effect on chronic sinusitis.
