尿分析仪和镜检法检测尿白细胞的结果探讨

尿常规是医学检验"三大常规"项目之一,在临床上是不可忽视的一项初步检查,对泌尿系统疾病的诊断、治疗、疗效观察有重要价值,亦常是提供病理过程本质的重要线索,检查手段已经由传统的手工显微镜检查普及到仪器化检测。笔者在实际工作中发现两种手段对尿白细胞的检测结果不尽相符。本文就传统显微镜法与尿液分析仪法对白细胞的检测进行探讨。

Routine urine test is one of the three major tests in medical laboratory ; urine test is an important preliminary test in clinical application. This test for urinary system diseases diagnose, treatment and observation of curative effect has important value and can provide important clues to the essence of pathological processes.Inspection methods have been from the traditional manual microscopic examination to the instrument detection. During the practical work the author have found that 2 kinds of methods on urine leukocyte detection results are not the same.The author will give a discussion about the urine analyzer and traditional microscopy method for detect the urine leukocyte.
