摘要
目的——调查我国部分高校女教师的心理健康状况,以探讨心理压力的成因,为改善和提高高校女教师的心理健康水平提供科学依据。方法——采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对我国部分高校的1800名女教师进行心理测评。结果——不同任教科目、不同职称、不同工资水平的高校女教师在心理健康上的差异具有统计学意义;不同教龄的高校女教师在躯体化、强迫、敌对因子上存在显著性差异。结论——高校女教师心理健康状况不容乐观,应尽早加强心理干预。
This article aims to provide the scientific basis for the promotion of the mental health of female college teachers,by investigating the status quo of the mental health of female teachers in some universities in China,and by analyzing the causes of the psychological pressure they are under.Based on a Symptom Checklist(SCL-90),this article analyses the mental health of 1800 female college teachers in China.Results:the differences in mental health among females college teachers as a result of their differences in what subjects they teach,their professional titles and the pay level is of statistical significance;and there is an evident difference among females college teachers with different years of teaching experiences,in their reactions to somatization,external compulsion,and factors of hostility.Conclusion:the status quo of the mental health of female college teachers is not favorable,and it is urgent to strengthen the measures of intervention as soon as possible.
