廉政建设中的公务员职业道德教育思考——关于教育内容和修养方法

当前干部队伍中存在的种种腐败现象已严重影响到党在人民群众中的威望,廉政建设迫在眉睫。但治理腐败只有外部的监管机制是不能完全奏效的。对为官者进行职业道德教育,提高其道德自律能力,完善其人格修养,树立起科学的世界观、人生观和价值观,是从源头上防范腐败的重要环节。中国古代官德、社会主义道德都是公务员道德践履的重要内容,而科学的修养方法能有效地推进公务员职业道德水平的提升。

At present, all kinds of corruption phenomenon in the cadre team has seriously affected the prestige of the party in people, ethical governance construction is imminent. But, dealing with corruption having external supervision mechanism, it is not fully effective. Conducting professional ethics education to officer, improving their personality, establishing a scientific worldview, outlook on life and values is the important part of preventing corruption from the source. All of official ethics of ancient Chinese and socialist morality is the important content of civil morality, and scientific training method can effectively promote professional and ethical standards of civil servants to a moral level.
