自1986年实行从计划经济向以社会主义为导向的市场经济转变以来,越南快速融入日益变化的世界之中。高等教育国际化在越南北诠释为本国的教育与区域与国际的深度合作,而且高等教育国际化被认为是提高本国高等教育质量的重要途径。越南高等教育国际化的经验和实践值得我国学习和借鉴。

Since the dual process of transitioning from a centrally planned economy to a socialist-oriented market economy Vietnam has integrated into a rapidly changing world. The internationalization of higher education in Vietnam is interpreted as an enhancement of international and regional cooperation and integration in the field of education. This process is considered indispensable to improve the higher education system in Vietnam. Its practices and experiences are worth to learn from.
