摘要 三维形貌测量系统是获取物体表面信息的强大工具,对目前先进的三维光学形貌测量系统的原理、性能及特点进行介绍,并初步分析了飞机型号研制中测量工作所面对的挑战,在此基础上对三维光学形貌测量系统在型号研制中的潜在需求进行展望。 3D profile measurement is a powerful tool for obtaining the surface information of an object. There are many advanced 3 D optional measurement systems at present, some representative systems are analyzed in the paper, including the principle, performances and characteristic, and, the challenge for measuring in the process of developing airplane. Then, the prospect of 3D optional measurement system in the process of developing airplane is ex- pected.
