客座率是衡量航空公司运力与运量之间是否匹配的重要指标之一。影响客座率的因素有很多,包括机票、品牌、时刻、网络、突发事件、季节和常旅客计划等。阐述了客座率与溢出的关系,同时对盈亏平衡客座率和边际贡献进行分析。航空公司通过盈亏平衡客座率和溢出对客座率上限的限制,来确定目标客座率。当客座率超过目标客座率上限时,需增加运力。同时,分析网络航空公司与低成本航空公司在运力增加的客座率上限和运力增加方式上的不同,使得飞机销售能有的放矢。
Load factor is one of the important indexes to scale if the capacity is suitable for traffic. There are a lot of factors can affect load factor, including price, brand, slot, airline net, crisis, season, frequency flight passenger etc. This article expounds the relationship between load factor and spill, and analyses profit and loss balance load factor and marginal contribution. Airlines companies set the target load factor through breakeven load factor and spill. Airlines companies need increase capacity when the load factor exceeds the upper limit of target load factor. At last, this article analyses the different upper limit of target load factor and the methods of increasing capacity between full service airlines and low cost carries, making it more convenient for aircraft sales of aircraft manufactory.
