摘要
回顾大客项目工作分解结构的编制方法,通过对工作分解结构的定义、用途的探讨,论述了工作分解结构的编制方法、编制过程中的注意点。着重突出工作分解结构的"结构分解"和"工作单元"的项目管理功能,及其在编制过程中的应用;并突出系统工程方法在系统分析和编制工作分解结构过程中体现出的统领作用。
Through lessons learn of C919 Program Work Breakdown Structure, research the method of definition, development and use of project work breakdown structure and development process key point. The research paper focuses on ＂structure breakdown＂ and ＂work package＂ function in system analysis and development process and usage of work breakdown structure, and also system engineering view in the same area.
