摘要
目前对混凝土结构进行超声检测常采用双探头方式,检测效率很低。提出了一种超声阵列探头成像方法来提高检测效率,这种方法充分利用阵列中相隔探头间形成的扫描信号,最大限度增加阵列数据融合处理的有效数组维数,根据线型阵列的结构特点,结合合成孔径聚焦算法,配合有效的信号处理方法滤除结构噪声,能对混凝土结构实现有效探测。数值仿真结果表明,此方法不仅能提高检测效率,且能对检测目标实现有效聚焦和准确定位。
At present, the detecting method with two transducers is always adopted in detection of concrete structure, but efficiency is quite poor. In the paper a detection method based on linear array transducers is presented to meet the need of rapid detection of internal defects and embedded target inside concrete structures. The scanning signals between interval transducers are used to increase array dimension maximum to amalgamate detecting data. After the structural noise is filtered through ef/ect signal processing method, the concrete structure can be detected effectively by combining with synthetic aperture focusing technique (SAFT) and the structural characteristics of linear array. It can be shown from numerical simulation that this method can not only increase detecting efficiency but also achieve effect ive focus and accurate location to testing object.
