摘要
针对大型磷铵装置尾气洗涤工序尾气洗涤器粉尘捕集率偏低,导致粉尘超标排放问题,分析了其喷淋系统喷嘴布置存在"短路"的缺陷,提出了在布置喷嘴的截面中心部位增设一个喷嘴,可使尾气中的粉尘捕集率由原来的50%~60%提高至80%,效果显著。
For the problem of excessive dust emission due to low dust capture rate in the tailgas scrubber in the tailgas scrubbing section of large-sized ammonium phosphate unit,this article analyzes the defect of 'short-circuit' in the nozzle arrangement in the sprinkling,and proposes to add a nozzle in the cross sectional center,so that dust capture rate in the tailgas is increased from 50%~60% to 80%,with good performance.
