摘要
磷矿中P2O5和MgO含量高低是非常关键的硬性指标,一般情况下用化学分析(国标容量法)耗时长,不利于及时指导生产控制。叙述了用等离子发射光谱(ICP-OES)在选矿生产分析中对P2O5和MgO含量测定可同时得出结果,并通过加标回收试验与国家相关标准规定的分析方法比对,确认该分析方法准确、快速,且操作简单,不仅适用于生产控制分析,也适用于产品的检测分析,认为可在实际生产控制分析中推广运用。
P2O5 and MgO content level in phosphate ore are critical indicators.Normal chemical analysis(international volumetric method) takes a long time,which is not good for guiding production and control.This article outlines the use of Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer(ICP-OES)for measurement of P2O5 and MgO content in ore selection,and through recovery test and comparison with analysis method specified in relevant national standard,it is verified that the analysis method is accurate,fast and easy to operate.It is not only suitable for production control analysis,but also applicable for product testing and analysis.It can be applied in actual production control analysis.
