摘要
水电作为一种绿色无污染的可再生能源,其运行费用低,机组的启停灵活,且调峰能力强,已成为能源开发的首选。水电站发电优化调度方法研究是一个典型的多维多目标多阶段非线性动态规划问题。本文进一步研究了水库调度的理论与机理,将基于GAMS/DICOPT的非线性规划算法和动态规划算法得到的发电效益在南河三里坪水电站进行了比较,研究表明,基于GAMS/DICOPT的非线性规划算法优化能力更优,且程序调试灵活易用,是求解大型复杂优化问题的好方法,可以为科学合理的调度决策提供技术支撑。
As a green non-pollution renewable energy,the hydropower has been becoming the first choice for the energy development with the low operation cost,the flexible start-stop units and the powerful peak-load regulation.The study of the hydroelectric optimal dispatching method is a typical nonlinear dynamic programming problem with multi-dimensional,multi-objective and multi-stage.The paper further studies the theory and mechanism of the reservoir operation.Based on the GAMS/DICOPT and dynamic programming algorithms,the calculated generation benefits are compared in the Sanliping hydropower station of Nanhe River.The results show that the nonlinear programming algorithm based on GAMS/DICOPT has better optimization capability and program debugging flexibility,which is a good method to solve the large complex optimization problem and could provide technical support for scientific and reasonable dispatching decision.
