摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取广西产白玉兰鲜花、鲜叶及干花、干叶的挥发油,其得率分别为0.21%、0.54%、0.27%和0.55%。通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其化学成分进行分析,结果显示:鲜花、鲜叶、干花、干叶4种挥发油的主要成分为萜烯类及其氧化物,其中含量最高的为芳樟醇,相对含量均在60%以上;其次为石竹稀、桉叶稀、甲基丁香酚、橙花叔醇、氧化石竹稀、Tau-衣兰油醇。用面积归一法测定鲜花、干花、鲜叶及干叶4种挥发油中各种成分的相对含量,分别占总峰面积的91.08%、91.28%、94.67%和91.28%;4个样品共鉴定出58种主要成分,其中,鲜花、干花、鲜叶、干叶分别为50、49、48和40种;共有的化合物为34种,但在不同样品间含量存在差异。
Essential oil was extracted respectively from the fresh flowers, fresh leaves, 'dried flowers and dried leaves of Magnolia denudata by using steam distillation method, the extraction rate of essential oil was 0.21%, 0. 54%, 0.27% and 0.55% respectively. The chemical compositions of the essential oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC-MS), and the results showed that the principal constituents of the essential oil were terpenes and related oxidized compounds. Among which linalool content was over 60% , followed by cary- phylene, selinene, 4-ally-1,2-dimethoxy- benzene, neroidol, caryophylene oxide, and tau-muurolol. The relative content of the major constituents isolated from essential oil extracted from the fresh flowers, dried flowers, fresh leaves, and dried leaves of M. denudata was 91.08 % , 91.28% , 94.67 % and 91.28% , respectively. Totally 58 major constituents were identified from the essential oil extracted from the above 4 types of raw materials, 50, 49, 48 and 40 constituents were respectively identified from the essential oil extracted from fresh flowers, dried flowers, fresh leaves and dried leaves. Although 34 constituents were commonly contained in the different types of raw materials, there were differences in the contents of each constituent among the raw materials.
